On February 27, 2025, the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Ismatullo Nasredin, received Ms. Piao Yanfan, Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, who is visiting the Republic of Tajikistan as the Head of SCO Observer Mission to the preparation process and conduct of the elections of deputies to the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan.
